We issue all of our venues with a 'Security Folder'. This is a comprehensive compilation of all the necessary material required from he SIA and Trading Standards. This is custom made by ourselves and is an ongoing record of staff, incidents and information for use of the staff, the authorities and yourself, the client. This includes:

Sign in/out sheets - with details such as shift times, badge numbers and staff information;
Fire exit checks - a daily record of fire checks;
Refusal logs - a catalogue of all refusals made during a shift;
Incident report logs - descriptions of serious incidents during a shift should they occur;
Personal details record - staff information along with photocopies of SIA badges
I.D seizure records - sheets to be handed to police along with confiscated I.D's;
Capacity records - to monitor capacity via digital counters for fire regulations and for the venues own records to compare days, months and even years as everything is archived.
