As you may be aware there has been a lot of media exopsure regarding the recent 'Freedom Bill' which proposes to make vehicle immobilisation illegal. As the bill has only just been passed the first phase of becoming law, no change is expected until at least October 2012. As a regulated company and a member of the British Parking Association - we welcome reform that eradicates 'cowboy clampers' and some of the horror stories that we unfortunately hear.
