The door supervisor is the first person the patron sees and sets the tone for the style and attitude of the venue, therefore our door supervisors are always well presented and conduct themselves with professionalism from the first moment they come into contact with the public;   
They provide help and assist all patrons (not just those who break venue rules);   
Provide efficient access both to and from an event and screen all who enter;   


 
Ensure that within the venue/event everything runs smoothly and safely.  Our door staff will evenly and fairly enforce the venues rules at all times;   

 

The best run venues have rules that protect all within and prohibit poor and unsafe conduct, anyone found inside disobeying the venue rules will after normal warnings (where applicable) be removed efficiently and quietly causing little or no disturbance to other patrons;   


 
Have completed the required SIA regulated training, along with further training in such area as first aid, conflict management and frequent refresher courses.

     

Due to more vigorous training and vetting of licence holders, along with an increase in awareness and policing of the industry, the demand for quality door supervisors has hugely increased.
